3. Job Listings and Applications
3.1. Accuracy: We strive to ensure the accuracy of job listings on our platform, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any job listings. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of employers who use our Services.
3.2. Application Process: When you apply for a job through our Services, your resume/CV and other relevant information may be shared with the employer. We are not involved in the hiring process and are not responsible for any decisions made by employers.
4. Disclaimers
4.1. No Warranty: Our Services are provided "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4.2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

You agree to indemnify and hold BewoJobs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of our Services, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or any content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall be held in Sonipat, Haryana, India.
