Roles and Responsibilities

  • To identify, source and secure both long term and short term B2B business opportunities.
  • To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer base in accordance with the sales strategy defined in GO TO Market plan.
  • To look after client retention by ensuring customers ongoing expectation is met.
  • To manage day-to-day sales activities; including proposal, updating clients on their ongoing orders, prospecting and market development.
  • To support the operation team, technical team and online marketing team by providing customer feedback.
  • To develop good client relationship.
  • To assist with debt collection.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B2B IT sales experience with IT department across industries.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English is required.
  • Good Interpersonal and Networking Skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, convince & negotiate with the clients.
  • Timely follow-up on all the service and software lead opportunities
  • Ability to achieve daily, monthly and yearly targets.
  • Proficiency in Computer skills including MS office, Emailing, CRM preferably ZOHO.

300,000 - 550,000 INR
