Generate leads from various sources, including careers page, Naukri, and other hiring portals.
Utilize references, existing database, and direct calls to identify potential candidates.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and current information.
Support the HR team in various recruitment activities and initiatives.
Learn and develop skills in all aspects of the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
