Provide prompt and accurate responses to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters.
Assist employees with the completion of HR forms, applications, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding processes, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and introduction to company policies and procedures.
Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
Track and report on HR metrics and trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR department.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
