Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. The HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. This role demands an exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans.
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
  • Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
  • Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
  • Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
  • Manage and guide the recruiting process from start to finish.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position-appropriate venues.
  • Utilize the internet for recruitment.
  • Perform other special projects as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 0-3 years of recruiting experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Proven ability to navigate applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of social media for recruiting.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws.
  • Effective negotiation skills.

125,000 - 200,000 INR
