HR Generalist

  • Provide comprehensive support for all HR-related operations.
  • Assist with the Hiring process by identifying potential candidates and doing end-to-end recruitment.
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Manage the organizations employee database.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

HR Generalist Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
