*Responsible for complete On boarding Joining Formalities and Induction.
*Drive performance appraisal process by evaluating and rating job performance of employees in
consultation with Production Manager and Management
*Coordination with Management for Performance Appraisal of employees, revision of salary
structure and designation.
* Addressing and attending to the employee grievances on regular basis towards effective resolution. Handling all legal proceedings related to labour grievances with Statutory Compliance Consultant.
*Do the ESI process of all ESI applicable employees.
*Do the Mediclaim process of all employees
*Coordination with all the managers and Director.
*Other Miscellaneous HR activities.
Preferred candidate profile
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
*Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
We need candidate who comfortable with Sewri and Ghansoli both location.
Currently we are located in Sewri location but after sometime we will shift to Ghansoli location
